트럼프에게 보낸 편지들 외(2010-2018)
이순기 나뭇잎이 나무에서 떨어져 바람에 날리고 있다. 선선한 가을이 왔다. 끝날 줄 몰랐고 우리에게 심각한 지구 온난화의 영향을 알게 해 주었던 지난 무더운 여름이 갑자기 가버렸다. 거의 8년간 게시한 블로그를 편집하는 동안, 세상, 특히 한반도의 상황이 빠르게 돌아가고 있다.
남한, 북한의 리더들이 만났고 미국 국무장관이 북한 위원장, 김정은을 만났다. 머지않아 좋은 일이 생길 것 같다. 바로 그거다.
좋은 일이 여기에 일어나야 한다. 한반도의 지긋지긋한 분단이 끝을 보여주기 시작했다. 알다시피, 분단은 우리에게 너무나 생소한 이데올로기 산물이다. 그 이데올로기는 강대국이 우리에게 고수하라고 강요한 것이다.
전 세계 사람들이여!
70년 분단의 슬픔에 대해 생각해 본 적이 있는가? 내 생각에, 그것을 경험해보지 않은 사람들은 그것에 대해 전혀 모른다. 세계, 특히 강대국은 우리가 통일될 수 있도록 도와야 한다.
한반도를 분단시키는 데 주도적인 역할을 했던 미국, 러시아, 영국, 중국 등 4개국은 그것을 인정하고 책임을 져야 한다. 그들은 깊이 자성해야 한다. 게다가, 그들은 우리에게 그것에 대한 배상을 해야 한다. 마지막으로, 전 세계 사람들에게 다시 한 번 부탁하고 싶다. 우리가 통일의 기쁨을 느낄 수 있도록 도와 달라. 나는 여러분이 도와줄 것이라고 믿는다.
멋진 독수리들이 슬픈 분단의 상징이고, 우리가 남에서 북으로 마음대로, 자유롭게 건널 수 없는 군사분계선(MDL) 위를 날아다니고 있다. 우리도 그들처럼 그렇게 하고 싶다. 누가 우리가 그렇게 하지 못하게 막는가?
전 세계 사람들이여!
한반도의 자유로운 왕래에 동참해 달라. 한반도 통일을 두려워하지 말라. 우리 한국인은 통일 후 세계 평화와 번영을 위해 헌신할 것이다. 내가 약속한다.
추신: 우리는 이데올로기가 우리를 통제하게 해서는 안 된다. 대신, 우리가 이데올로기를 통제해야 한다. 인간이 먼저다.

The leaves are falling from trees and blown by the wind. A cool autumn has come. Last hot summer which didn't know to end, and which let us know the effect of serious global warming has gone suddenly. While I am editing my blogs, which I have produced for about 8 years, the world, especially, the situation on the Korean Peninsula is running fast.
The presidents of South Korea and North Korea met, and the foreign minister of America met Kim Jong Un, the president of NK. It is expected that something good will happen sooner or later. That's it.
Something good must happen here. The tiresome division of the Korean Peninsula started to show the end. As you know, the division is a product of the ideology so strange to us. The ideology is what strong nations forced us to adhere to.
Dear the World People!
Have you ever thought of the sadness of the division of 70 years? Those who haven't experienced it don't know about it at all, I think. The world, especially the powerful nations, should help us to be unified.
The four nations, America, Russia, England and China, which did the leading role in dividing the Korean Peninsula, should recognize and take responsibility for it. They should deeply reflect themselves. In addition, they should compensate us for it. Finally, I'd like to ask the world people again. Please help us feel the pleasure of reunification. I believe you will do it.
The cool eagles are flying over the Military Demarcation Line(MDL), which is the symbol of the sad division, and which we can't cross over as we want, freely from South to North. We'd like to do so like them. Who prohibits us to do so?
World people!
Please join the free coming and going on the Korean Peninsula. Don't be afraid of the unification of the Korean Peninsula. We, Koreans, will devote ourselves to the peace and prosperity of the world after the unification. I promise.
P.S. We should not have the ideology control us, human beings. Instead, we should do it. Human beings are the first.
